The Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health Education enables students to do just that. Through your community placement (which we’ll do for you) you’ll work 600 contact hours over 15 weeks in the practice of health ‘re actually going out into the workplace to apply the knowledge you’ve studied in the classroom. Students will demonstrate the ability to advocate for personal, family, and community health. To set, maintain and exemplify the highest ethical principles and standards of practice on the part of all professionals and disciplines whose primary purpose is health education, disease prevention and/or health promotion.
